My love for food, nourishment, and exercise, combined with my passion for helping others is what led me to the field of Holistic Nutrition. My approach to health and wellness is simple: eat mindfully, understand what you are putting in your body, sweat often, and get outside! Your body has the innate ability to heal itself and your diet and lifestyle are more powerful than you think.

How I Got Here

Those who have no time for healthy eating, will sooner or later have to find time for illness
— Edward Stanley

From a young age, I have always had a passion for health, staying active, and taking care of myself. I grew up playing multiple sports, which taught me so many lessons. Everything from the importance of being a part of a team and community, to how to properly fuel and move my body.

Through my experience as a Registered Nurse, I’ve realized the importance of preventative health and am therefore on a mission to help individuals lead a healthier lifestyle. Working in the hospital and seeing all the gaps in our modern medical system is what led me into the field of Holistic Nutrition. I wanted to be able to help people at a deeper level. Help them find the root cause of their health issues, and assist them in achieving lasting health and vitality. No more band-aid solutions! In saying this, my time and experience working in the nursing field is something I would never want to change. It has provided me with a vast amount of knowledge and a different perspective on health. I believe modern medicine has a time and a place and alot of us wouldn’t be here today without it, but there is also so much value in taking a holistic preventative approach to health.

I love the field of Holistic Nutrition because it brings health back to the basics, focusing on the simple foundations: nutrition, movement, sleep, and emotions. My goal is to help you transform your nutritional habits to one for health and healing. I want to help you gain a strong knowledge foundation around nutrition and lifestyle so you can be the best and healthiest version of yourself. After working with me, you should feel as if you’ve achieved lasting lifestyle changes, and feel empowered and knowledgeable when it comes to health and wellness.

When I am not working, you can most likely find me in the kitchen or the garden, hanging out with friends and family, spending time at our family cabin on the Shuswap, or fishing with my husband and puppy! Some of my favorite activities include water skiing, running, biking, and hiking!

I can’t wait to meet you!

What I Believe About the Body

A plain, solid olive green circle.

Prevention is the foundation of health
True wellness begins long before symptoms appear. By supporting the body proactively—through nourishment, lifestyle, and awareness—we create resilience and reduce the need for reactive care.

Knowledge is a catalyst for change
When you understand your body, you’re empowered to care for it with intention. Education is woven into every step of care so you can make confident, informed decisions that support lasting change.

Life is about balance
Health isn’t found in extremes, but in the gentle rhythm between effort and ease. We support sustainable habits that honour both structure and flexibility, allowing your body to find its natural equilibrium.

Nutrition is more than food—it's how we eat, how we move, how we rest, and how we feel
Our approach recognizes that nourishment extends beyond what’s on your plate. It’s about cultivating a relationship with your body that integrates physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors into a cohesive, supportive whole.
