Rede: meaning nest

We created a space for expectant parents to land in a warm, grounded place during the second and third trimesters. This is not your traditional prenatal class. Instead, Rede is a small, intentional group experience that blends holistic education, nervous system support, and meaningful conversation — for both moms and their partners.

Rede is Designed For

  • Expectant moms in their second or third trimester

  • Partners and support people who want to feel informed, involved, and confident

  • Those craving community and connection — not more overwhelm

  • Families who value a holistic, collaborative approach to care

"

One of the most helpful parts of the Rede Prenatal Circle was learning different labour positions, understanding the anatomy and process of birth, and knowing which nutrients to focus on throughout pregnancy. The recipes and practical tools made everything feel approachable and empowering.

"

I loved the open conversations and how inclusive every part of the course felt. It helped build so much confidence around both birth and postpartum. I left each session feeling more prepared, informed, and supported.

"

The program covered so much valuable information — especially how partners can actively support during labour and postpartum. My husband left feeling informed and involved, which made a huge difference for both of us.

"

I really appreciated the fullness of the course and all the additional resources provided. The sessions always flew by because they were so engaging. I especially loved the focus on nutrition, movement, and practical things to do during early labour at home.
