Kensey Lunn, founder of Holm Collective, Lacombe AB.

My name is Kensey — and I truly love what I do.

A passion for movement, exploration, and connection, combined with health and wellness, is what drives my inspiration to help others optimize their wellbeing. I love the practice of Osteopathic Manual Therapy for its holistic approach to promoting healing from within. My goal is to help bring more awareness to your body and improve your overall function.

I can't wait to work with you.

How I Got Here

Growing up, I played competitive ringette and enjoyed fastball, soccer, water skiing, downhill skiing, and running. The more I used my body, the more I became intrigued by how it works — and how to make it work better. While my journey was ignited by curiosity for the human body, I never dreamed I'd find a practice as impactful as Manual Osteopathy.

While pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, I was introduced to Manual Osteopathy. The practice was gentle, mindful, systemically comprehensive, and profoundly intriguing. Needless to say, I was beyond fascinated by its benefits. Upon completing my degree, I enrolled in the five-year program through the Canadian College of Osteopathic Manual Therapy in Vancouver to become an Osteopathic Manual Therapist.

When I'm not in the practice room you can find me spending time with friends and family, camping, boating, skiing, gardening, biking, running, or adventuring with my pup. Movement has always been a part of who I am — and it continues to shape how I show up for my clients.

What I Believe About the Body

A plain, solid olive green circle.

The body is whole — never a collection of parts.

Every system in your body communicates with every other. When we treat one area in isolation, we miss the larger conversation happening beneath the surface. Osteopathy listens to the whole.

Physical, emotional, and spiritual health are inseparable.

What happens in your nervous system affects your muscles. What happens in your emotional life affects your nervous system. We work with all of it — because you are all of it.

Your body already knows how to heal.

Given the right conditions, the body has a remarkable capacity to restore itself. My role isn't to fix you — it's to remove the obstacles standing in the way of your own healing.

Healing is a journey, not an appointment.

Lasting change takes time, awareness, and the right support. I am committed to walking alongside you — not just treating your symptoms, but helping you understand your body in a deeper way.
