Holistic health and natural wellness have always been at the heart of how I live. Joining the team at Holm Collective feels like exactly where I'm meant to be — surrounded by practitioners who believe, as I do, that real health is built on connection, community, and care.

About Me

Three people, two young men and a woman, standing outdoors in a wooded area with green leaves, smiling at the camera.
A smiling woman and man standing on a rocky area near a body of turquoise water with mountains and partly cloudy sky in the background.

Growing up on a farm in southern Saskatchewan, I was immersed in community, movement, and the outdoors from the very beginning. I lived and breathed sports, and as one of the first girls to play boys hockey in my area, I learned early on that showing up wholeheartedly matters.

In my early teens I found competitive curling, a passion that shaped me in ways I'm still grateful for today.

My path into healthcare began when I studied as a Physical Therapist Assistant, where I discovered a deep love for the human body, movement, and the art of truly caring for others. I later pursued a Degree in Education — a foundation that served me well in what became my most important role: raising two sons alongside my husband Rick.

I am here to help you find the right practitioner and take that first step with confidence. Reach out to us and we'd love to welcome you to Holm Collective.

What I Believe About the Body

A plain, solid olive green circle.

The body naturally wants to be in a state of health.
Your body is constantly working to restore balance, repair damage, and maintain optimal function through processes like healing, detoxification, and regeneration. When given the right support through nourishment, movement, rest, and environment, the body has an incredible capacity to heal and thrive.

We are light beings. Light (in a wide variety of forms) plays a crucial role in health from establishing and regulating your circadian rhythm, sleep cycles, cellular repair, hormone production, and metabolic functioning.
Natural light exposure helps regulate the body’s internal clock, signaling when to wake, rest, repair, and produce essential hormones like cortisol and melatonin. Consistent exposure to healthy light patterns — especially morning sunlight and reduced artificial light at night — can profoundly impact energy, mood, sleep quality, metabolism, and overall cellular health.

Ingredients matter. What you consume directly influences your biology.
Every ingredient you eat provides information to your body, either supporting or disrupting functions like energy production, hormone balance, inflammation, and gut health. Choosing whole, nutrient-dense foods helps create the foundation for long-term vitality, resilience, and disease prevention.

Sleep and stress set the baseline for optimized health and both play a crucial role in disease prevention.
Quality sleep is when the body performs many of its most important repair and recovery functions, including immune support, hormone regulation, brain detoxification, and tissue healing. Chronic stress and poor sleep place the body in a prolonged state of survival, increasing inflammation and contributing to imbalances that can impact nearly every system in the body over time.
